Our Mission Statement
We will provide care, comfort and support
to our residents and their families.
We will offer our residents a 'Home for Life'.
We will provide welcoming, comfortable surroundings
in a homely environment.
We will treat all our residents with respect and dignity.
We will provide an environment that is both safe and stimulating for adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and dementia.
Our Core Values
To provide a small friendly, caring and comfortable home for all our service users, running at all times, to the highest possible standard.
To foster a family atmosphere in which our service users may feel safe, lovingly supported and encouraged to develop their own personalities and abilities.
To encourage and help our service users to develop skills to pursue their interests, preferences and capabilities to meet their own aspirations.
To increase confidence and independence for each service user, providing the stimulation they need and such unobtrusive guidance as may be helpful.
What's important to our residents is important to us
Each of our residents has their own fully equipped and comfortable room, giving them as much privacy as they require.
Our caregivers are fully supportive of our residents who like to remain independent and provide only as much guidance as needed.
There is great respect between staff and residents and between the residents in each of our homes.
We take pride in ensuring the dignity of each resident, affording them the opportunity to have their needs recognised and followed and allowing them to be independent.
Our staff fully respect people's personal preferences, lifestyle and care choices and invite participation in decision making in everyday life at our homes.
We recognise each person as an individual and provide a range of opportunities for our residents along with the support or guidance they need to help them reach their full potential.
