Who we are
White Rose Care has provided first class residential care since 1989. We offer exceptional levels of expertise in the care of people with learning difficulties and complex needs in addition to end of life and palliative care.
Proprietors, Julie White & Gary White have over twenty five years of experience in the care field and are responsible for the overall management of the homes. We currently have 3 homes at various locations in South East Kent, all located in the heart of the community with a good range of local facilities nearby: Maylands in Whitstable, Newlands in Westbere, nr Canterbury and Roselands in Beltinge, Herne Bay.


What we do
Each of our homes runs autonomously, with a dedicated and experienced Manager who supervises a team of fully qualified staff and staff in training. Our expertise in offering care for adults with learning disabilities, dementia and complex need is uncompromised, and always to the highest standard in the interests of each individual resident.
All involved at White Rose Care are absolutely committed to providing the highest standards of comfort and security to your loved ones, in a caring and homely environment and surroundings that offer as much independence, respect and dignity as appropriate, for each and every resident.
Our Staff
- Our staffing levels, which are recommended by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), ensure that service users are cared for safely with support and guidance as required twenty four hours a day.
- All our care staff have achieved or are working towards the nationally recognised Care Certificate as a minimum, with further relevant study to Level 2 and 3 available.
- Our Senior staff have achieved or are working towards Level 3 Adult Social Care qualifications.
- Our Home Managers have achieved qualifications in Level 4 or 5 Lead Practitioner in Adult Social Care.
- Our care staff also receive further training to meet the individual needs of our residents, for learning disabilities, dementia, catheter care and more.
