WHAT WE DO
Each of our homes runs autonomously, with a dedicated and experienced Manager who supervises a team of fully qualified staff and staff in training.
Our expertise in offering End of Life Care, Palliative Care, Specialist Dementia Care and Care for Adults with learning disabilities and complex needs is uncompromised, always to the highest standard in the interests of each individual resident.
All involved at White Rose Care are absolutely committed to providing the highest standards of comfort and security to your loved ones, in a caring and homely environment and surroundings that offer as much independence, respect and dignity as appropriate, for each and every resident.
Our staffing levels, which are recommended by CSCI (Commission for Social Care Inspection), ensure that service users are cared for safely and have access to staff twenty four hours a day.
At each of our homes, there are 6 staff on duty throughout the day, whilst the night time period is covered by a number of both waking staff and sleeping staff with senior staff on call at all times.
All our operational staff have achieved or are working towards
